What’s New at McDonald’s This Hot Summer?

McDonald’s is heating up the summer with an exciting refresh to its menu, bringing back fan-favorite items, launching spicy breakfast twists, and expanding its value-focused meal deals.

Snack Wrap Makes Its Triumphant Return

Back by popular demand, the iconic Snack Wrap is finally returning to U.S. menus starting July 10. This new version features McCrispy chicken strips, shredded lettuce, cheddar-Monterey jack cheese, and your choice of creamy ranch or spicy pepper sauce, all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Priced affordably at $2.99, it’s already stirring nostalgia and excitement among longtime fans.

Spicy Breakfast? Yes, Please

McDonald’s is giving mornings a spicy upgrade with three bold additions to the McMuffin family. Launching July 8, the new Spicy Egg McMuffin, Spicy Sausage McMuffin, and Spicy Sausage & Egg McMuffin bring a fiery twist with McDonald’s signature pepper sauce. These limited-time items celebrate the 50th anniversary of the original Egg McMuffin—and they’re arriving without a price hike.

The Daily Double is Back in the Game

Another returning item fans will love: the Daily Double, available nationwide beginning July 22. It’s a two-patty burger loaded with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and cheese—classic and satisfying. It joins McDonald’s growing McValue Deal lineup and is expected to be part of an affordable $6–$7 combo option.

Summer Sweets Make a Splash

On the dessert side, the Blueberry & Crème Pie is making a seasonal comeback, offering a tangy-sweet treat that pairs perfectly with summer menus. Earlier this season, customers also got to enjoy the indulgent Hershey’s S’mores McFlurry, packed with chocolate chunks, graham bits, and marshmallow swirls.

Whether you’re in it for the spice, the throwback favorites, or the dessert indulgence, McDonald’s is serving up something fresh for everyone this season. Check your local Golden Arches and see what’s cooking!
